Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management [RCOEM], Nagpur was established in 1984 and is the most sought after autonomous institute in central India. The department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 2002 and currently offers four undergraduate B. E. programmes viz., Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. The department also offers a postgraduate (M. Tech.) and a Doctoral (PhD) programmes in Computer Science & Engineering. The UG programme is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
